Great technology and ample learning opportunities Good place to stay and grow Good pay scale Equal opportunities company, very less politics as compared to the other companies in India

Cons

Lower level management is incompetent and work pressure is high. Maintaining work life balance would be a challenge.

Pros

VMware has a rich culture of diversified and friendly people where you can always share knowledge. You learn a new stuff everyday when you walk into office and always leave office with a smile. I bet it happens. This is the best place to start your career with.

Cons

As a growing company, there are some limitations with management, where in visibility of complex issues about the employees is less. Work life balance is not up to the mark. Should work in heavy pressure environments most of the times.
