      Lots of opportunities. Lots of smart people to learn from. Good work balance. Great company benefits. Unlimited vacation days. Support woman career growth.

      Cons

      Large company, sometime take a long time to get things done. Many stakeholders and lots of duplication. Some groups have too much engineering driven plans, need better marketing team.

      Challenges with virtualization, cloud competitors and emerging open source projects . Company re-focusing and shedding none core product assets.
