Great Products, customers seem to love us, it is fun to work at a company that is winning, company is not an employee-eating treadmill like so many other silicon valley high flyers

Cons

Chaos, much of the upper and middle management is worthless, it is depressing to hear outsiders speculate that the big evil team in Redmond will crush us

I've been with the company a couple of years now. Market maker, leader and innovator. Fantastic people and the best is yet to come! If you want to be blaze new trails this is the place to be. Incredibly bright and talented leadership, while it's getting big very easy to access management to the highest level. More opportunities across the county and world. Training and communications are a high priority with the company. Company is also very flexible in allowing employees a quality of life. Produce and contribute and you will be rewarded. The best company I worked for in the past 25 years.
