A great product with a real ROI for customers. Leadership has heart and true vision. Leadership truly cares for the team. I have worked for many companies but VMware just keeps on getting better

Cons

Growing fast so at times infrastructure falls behind. At time you loose time dealing with the issues associated with lack of internal systems to support day to day tasks.
