Poor communications & planning - Only care about making the number

Pros

Great technology and most of the products are tops. Great internal website and great individual people. Still a very can do attitude within the company

Cons

The company only cares about making the quarterly sales target. Little desire to do the right thing by the customer. Customer service is an after thought. The overall processes within the company are disjointed, not well thought out. Very poor planning with little thought of the consequences. Management style is "Do it my way" or hit the highway. There is no reward for resolving process issues and making the company more efficient. Everything is goaled according th the number.

Terrible management. Incredibly political. Middle management spend all their time covering their backs rather than driving business.
