Pros

Very competitive compensation. Good though declining benefits. In the right team it is a great place to work. Some managers have good technical expertise.

Cons

Lack of management technical skill as you go up the management chain (rapidly). "Management By Objective" rewards quantity, not quality. Little or no reward for highly technical innovation. Lots of politics, buddy system. No concept of customer satisfaction. It's all about those "MBO" check marks.

The technology is great, people here are smart, and we get to work with some of the most enthusiastic customers in the world.

Cons

We're still adjusting to growth and operating as a world-class, global company. Infrastructure and management are light-years better than they were during the chaotic growth time.

-excellent training and on-boarding -flat management structure in support services -very collaborative environment -excellent feedback of employee value -strong emphasis on satisfying customers with tools provided to do so

Cons

-rewards (financial, benefits, etc) for good performance have been missing for some time (possibly on the horizon) -limited senior resources -limited personnel resources to deal with current call volume
