Nice offices, nice landscaping, cafeteria, green environment.

Cons

I've been gone almost 2 years, but I have seen an exodus of highly qualified, valuable employees leaving since that time. Some were voluntary, but many were shown the door in an unofficial reorg that seemed to create jobs for the friends of newer management. Reorg/layoff, from what I hear, was completely illegal in that it was not announced publicly. People still employed there seem to be at the lowest point, morale-wise. So sad, it used to be a promising place to work.

Company with vision, focus, and execution. It is a place with technical focus, development and training. Great group of peers.

Cons

Career growth and path are limited. Management is at times not in tune with the value and benefit its employees provide.

Lovely campus, Good products, many customers Ambitous plans

Cons

No respect for employees. Very poor senior leadership. Terrible middle management. No opportunities to advance. Most political place where expertise is not valued just whether you are 'in' or not.
