Great potential if new growth is well managed

Pros

-excellent training and on-boarding -flat management structure in support services -very collaborative environment -excellent feedback of employee value -strong emphasis on satisfying customers with tools provided to do so

Cons

-rewards (financial, benefits, etc) for good performance have been missing for some time (possibly on the horizon) -limited senior resources -limited personnel resources to deal with current call volume

Great core product with decent compensation package.

Cons

A lot of junk engineers and very poor middle management who don't know what they are doing. A promotion is pretty much based only on those managers' subjective preferences not by objective performance review. Too many management layers at least. Communication is also really poor and one way.

Maybe the best technology to be a part of in 40 years. It works better then advertised, the support was great and customers love the products.

Cons

The worse overall group of Sales Management in the software industry. Don't just look at the sales results. The team in the field is second to none, the management needs to move on. Not honest and they don't need to cheet. What a disapointment to watch their example.
