      Open culture, to keep employee happy is goal for everybody, tremendous growth opportunities for deserving people, flexible work hours and decent compensation

      Cons

      Lack of processes, too many products and groups working in silos, rewards and recognitions need to improve, people dependency needs to reduce otherwise empires get built within organization

      Flexible working environment - flexibility hours and the ability to work remotely; management is extremely supportive of this Extremely talented staff; some of the smartest engineers in the industry Great support from upper management

      Lot of churn in upper management creates uncertainty Company is growing big really fast; need to be careful to hire the right talent
