Great tech legacy and there are wonderful people you can meet

Cons

Legacy systems and hard to understand who makes decisions but good company to work at. Immigration team is extremely slow, not good communicators and doubt if they are well trained enough. Some people have to work harder than many.

- benefits like medical insurance, pension plan - salary is good - additional compensation as a bonus or stock RSUs - you can work remotely

Cons

Make sure that you are joining one of the product teams, I hope that the experience is a lot different. In Professional Services, you'll be working on multiple projects for different customers, with a lot of content switching. In my experience, I've had to choose either to spend long hours or miss deadlines. It is usual to be working on three or more projects at the same time. People send emails on weekends.
