Low pay, full time not offered for job coaches, no benefits, and you’re thrown to the sharks as far as training goes which in that particular role it is not beneficial to ANYONE to leave an untrained individual to coach others in their own job.
Big building which has a lot of different operations going on. Cool to see different services and products being offered from the same building.
Cons
Most unprofessional and disrespectful atmosphere I have ever worked in(accounting department). The managers are rude, lack communication and try to constantly micro manage individuals. Tasks are not clearly communicated and have unrealistic deadlines. The managers management style is using fear and intimidation to accomplish desired results. The company is extremely bias due to their "clicky" nature. I was one of the only males at the company. Sharing ideas to improve current systems was frowned upon. Pretty much your first day they decide if they "like you;" which has nothing to do with your actual skills. Everyone is a know it all and are fighting to keep their positions by the skins of their teeth.
