      I get a paycheck every other week.

      Cons

      My boss works about 15 hours...gets paid for 40. Upper mgmt. has no idea he works so little.

      One of the great things about this company is that you get to work with a good group of people that are motivated to do quality work

      Cons

      Much of the quality work that is being done, attributes to the strong reputation the organization has in the community but the rate of pay and/or opportunity for increases in pay is not ideal
