      Very rewarding work, great learning opportunity

      Cons

      Low pay, full time not offered for job coaches, no benefits, and you’re thrown to the sharks as far as training goes which in that particular role it is not beneficial to ANYONE to leave an untrained individual to coach others in their own job.

      It’s a wonderful place to begin and continue a career working with individuals with barriers to Employment.

      Cons

      Sometimes your workload may exceed the hours in the day. Most managers are understanding about this and supportive.
