      Ninguna. Las tareas a hacer son una pelotudez y las puede hacer la IA.

      Cons

      Mala gestion del personal, directorio elegido por contacto y no por experiencia. Lleno de boludos con titulo que piensan que son unos genios y después te los tenes que fumar 3 horas en reunión fanfarroneando su titulo y lo mucho que conocen el ámbito cuando en realidad no tienen ni idea. Roban ideas de empresas europeas.

      Beautiful landscape, environment, nature. Company organizes buses from main cities to go to work. Talented people with a lot on knowledge working in there. Unique technologies in the country. Access to great training and tools.

      Cons

      Relation between VENG and CONAE is complicated. VENG objectives and dynamic is imposed by CONAE objectives. VENG is tied to CONAE budget and thus to the government. When changing government, activities are virtually stopped until budget and objectives are reviewed by entering ministry.
