Pros

Flexible work schedule, great co-workers, established/mature break and lunch schedules. Consistently great team leads that made up for lack of higher manager presence. If you offer the availability they will give you the hours. I had full availability as a Part-time/seasonal employee and I worked nearly 40hrs/week because of it.

Cons

Uniformed job, so there were restrictions of how to traverse the park while on break/lunch - which ate a lot of time. Never knew my regional manager, too busy trying to climb the ladder to be present.
