Overall pretty satisfying. Considering it's a theme park there could have been more emphasis on our core value of "fun".

Excellent reward and recognition culture. Very metric driven. Young and energetic environment. Everyone expected to pitch in when necessary - even senior executives. A great culture of giving back to the community. Always open to trying new things.

Cons

Everything is a fire and needs to be addressed "yesterday". No time to enjoy sucessess. Some attractions and rides are very dated.
