Pros

Great discounts in park and city walk. Immediate work place had great people and lots of fun. Immediate management very accommodating and liked you if you were outgoing and willing to contribute.

Cons

The B-192 Union that seems to be in cahoots with Human Resources and Labor Relations. The fact that they will get rid of you quick even though management in ones area likes you. No one comes around to see how good of an employee you really are however if you accumulate points via union contract then your gone.

Pros

Great teamwork atmosphere, great employee commissary. People are always impressed that you work at a studio. Good covered parking. Theme park passes!

Cons

There is a stigma attached to working in the theme park. It is hard to move up from the theme park to the “Lower Lot”.
