Pros

If you're dedicated you can move up in the company. Free admission to parks as well as Busch gardens and Sea World. Benefits are good for a theme park, if you get them.

Cons

Dealing with angry guests, sometimes hard to find supervisor. Work locations can be HOT and loud. Sometimes hard to get enough hours if you're hourly.

Pros

A very relaxed work environment where you will be able to make close relationships with your coworkers. Easy going with little stress.

Cons

Management is very lazy and when it comes down to educating about the product it is non existent. There is a major division between the employees and management.
