Good benefits, Holiday pay, Employee Stock Plan, 401K and free park tickets. Parks are expanding big time over the next few years.

Cons

Not great pay. Difficult to advance depending on the department your in.

Great experience. Fun work environment. I would still be with them if I didn't need more income.

Cons

I didnt have any downsides. The scheduling was alright for me and the people were nice to work with.
