Pros

No matter what department you work in, we all can rely on one another. We all enjoy working together, hearing about what one another do & their stories. Pay is comparable to other places like retail & hospitality. Room to grow & move up within your department. The company also helps pay for education to learn a trade or classes pertaining to jobs in other departments you might want to move up into.

Cons

The company doesn't offer a competitive wages to retain quality employees. They know they can replace you anytime they choose. Especially employees who've been dedicated for a decade or more, are in jeopardy of randomly being targeted for minor violations. The 1 senior employee wage can pay 2 new employees. Managers are always looking for a way to cut expenditures in their department. So if that means firing a senior employee to meet their quota it's not a problem. You're just a number. Especially if you're part of management & supervisors. They're cutthroat.
