Unity put some of its leaders in the spotlight like Jeff Szenes, Timoni West, John Riccitiello but these people are terrible and/or abusive leaders. Don't let social media presence fool you. They create disaster zones.

- Unity has some astonishing people in both middle manager and individual contributor roles. Some of the best people I have worked with. - Unity engine is an awesome tool that provides tremendous value to game developers. - Good compensation in EMEA. - Environment supports you if you are career driven and have machiavellian tendencies.

Cons

- Individual Contributors (developers) are not respected. - Mushroom management. - No longer a gaming / game engine company. - Upper management lacks competence. - Upper management cannot ever admit fault and they lie and twist reality in a vain effort to cover things up.
