Good technology, Developer mind driven company.

Cons

The size of company grows a lot, but the process and the way people thinking are still like a start-up, but that's waste a lot of time for the organization. Besides, it is challenging for company to find the new generator of revenue now.

- Unity has a strong market position yet heavily invests in R&D - Employees are expected to shape vision and set priorities - Good benefits, flexible work hours, work from home OK - Healthy company culture around communication, transparency and business goals - I personally like the global scale of the company and opportunities to travel from time to time

Cons

- Flipside of autonomy : People are inclined to add new features and work around existing issues rather than renovating core workflows (getting better recently though with a lot of new hires) - Tools and infrastructures teams are under-staffed for the amount of developers - Lack of HR support for the Montreal office
