exciting industry, tons of opportunities (not just in Unity, overall). they have some solid engineers and managers.

Cons

Low pay. Hiring bar varies from team to team, even time to time. You might end up working with someone with low productivity but high ego. Also keep in mind that different org is like a different universe, R&D only cares about unity engine, Ads is like its own company, Services is like the middle child that no one care.

Some of the best people I have had the pleasure to work with are right here. New Montreal office is great! Lots of room, great amenities, caterer on site every day of the week.

Cons

Salaries should be updated to reflect the new market with competitors gaining ground in Montreal.

Walking distance to BART Cutting-edge tech stack. Food and snacks.

Cons

Morale: Very low. Everyone I know is unhappy and looking to move out. This place is toxic to its core! Leadership: A joke. Constant reorgs. Too many incompetent and political managers who only care about themselves. ALL tech leads are first time managers. Go figure!! Hiring: There are better tech companies out there with better culture, benefits, pay. Career growth: LOL. HR: the worst of any team I've encountered.
