Great salary and perks Friendly and talented colleagues Some of the best companies in the world are our customers Management do their best to keep us in the loop

Cons

It's a large distributed company with a lot going on so it's easy to miss important information and to keep up with what each part of the company is doing. Developer velocity is lower than it could be. The company Slack is a bit of an echo chamber politically speaking.
