Great distributed team and great technologies and products. The values touted by leadership are great.

Cons

Unity had a great "startup" mentality which valued and rewarded employees but since going public sadly seem to focus more on shareholders and bottom lines.

Constant reorganizations, we had 3 in 10 months, the company can’t properly commit to a vision and will constantly thrash.
