      My team were great, great atmosphere and working environment within my team.

      Cons

      No real commitment to inclusion by SLT, Inclusion team were the only ones who really cared about it as evidenced by the fact that inclusion seemed to be deprioritised after the inclusion team all left

      Real-time 3D is an excellent area to work in as the world moves towards web 3.0

      Other tech companies responding better during the pandemic e.g. days off, moving to fully remote as an option
