      Growth opportunities and great company culture

      Pros

      Health comes first and management is understanding of life-work balance. The company is growing fast and allows opportunities for internal promotion and learning development. Employees are skilled and productive, the offices are amazing and comfortable.

      Cons

      Due to the company growing fast, there are many teams that are understaffed and there is a lot of pressure to compensate and produce more.
