      Pros

      People are amazing, talented and empathetic Flexible working location and hours Interesting products and industry

      Cons

      Top-down management style led to widespread issues for the company, including consistent lay-offs. US-centric mindset from certain leaders became tiresome for anyone in EMEA, and created a clear 'geographical glass ceiling' for anyone outside of the US

      Pros

      Lot's of companies preach diversity whether it's actually genuine, or just to make the company look better to the public. That being said, Unity falls into the first category. There's a good chance your direct managers will be great, but the higher level leads don't have a grasp or care about how you are finding the company. That being said, the new Intern CEO has a good track record and will more likely than not lead Unity into a better future than in the past.

      Cons

      Because the new intern CEO is leading the charge, there's a lot of change happening at the company. So it's hard to write about how it may be in the future. Even so, in the years past, stability is the last word I would use to describe my experience. Upper management can also be very tone deaf to important situations.
