      The company provides great attention and support, even for new hires making it a welcoming environment The onboarding process is smooth and efficient, helping new employees settle in quickly The projects are impactful, focusing on reducing manual work and directly addressing customer needs

      Cons

      There was a significant organizational change within a short span of time which could feel unsettling for new employees, even though it may benefit the company in the long term The ecosystem involves multiple external tools connected to the main system, which can make understanding the flow and gaining proficiency time-consuming

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Manager wasn't helpful during onboarding and the months i worked there. Had to basically figure out and learn things on my own. Covering triple job function areas. Manager back bites amongst her cliques in the office. HR not helpful in listening.
