      Pros

      Unity used to be a place job I bragged about. I encouraged friends to join.

      Cons

      Since IPO, the company has just gone downhill. Cutting benefits, RTO, outright lies from leadership, and chasing of fads like the metaverse have left Unity adrift. Everything that was great about Unity is gone at this point.

      Pros

      70%of casual games are using Unity. Lots of users and user community is mature.

      Cons

      Leadership sucks. They don’t care users or employees. They tried to rise price which harmed the loyalty of customers and they are doing lots of RIF.
