Pros

There are many challenges to tackle, which is great in case that we want some change. We can work from home once a week (on average). There are many opportunities to meet and talk to very technically knowledgeable people around the globe. The environment is relax and friendly and my manager makes sure that I enjoy what I'm doing.

Cons

It's hard to keep track of all what's going on internally because there are so many teams and projects.

Pros

Company with lots of potential. With the revolution in realtime graphics, Unity is well positioned as a market leader. People are super friendly and highly competent, many interesting projects. The company is engineering driven, we want to do the right thing for our customer. Company with great business model that works. The company also encourage a good work-life balance.

Cons

Some growing pains, with such a fast growing company it is understandable.
