      Buzzing with creative energy

      Pros

      I kind of fell into Unity on my way out of the VFX industry. It's like night and day... a work environment that fosters creativity and technical excellence, but understands that the goal is to get tools into artists hands. The "democratizing game development" philosophy comes from inside Unity and is practiced daily at all levels. I've never been treated so well as an employee.

      Cons

      The process of getting code into the final product can sometimes be frustrating, but the end result is usually better quality, so in the end, it's worth it.

      - Technically strong developers - Nice project - Great team spirit - Lunches included - Remote work possible (2 days/week) - Travel!

      - A bit far from the metro - Not much going on around

      Technology - Unity is a fab place to work.

      Pros

      Fantastic firm, great colleagues, very smart co-workers, and this is the single best technology firm I have worked for. Very international, with very able & talented co-workers from everywhere in the world. Unity uses smart technology, and has very good processes for implementing change. You will learn a lot here. Fantastic office in CPH. There is nothing you could ask for that isn't already provided.

      Cons

      Decision making can be slow, with a great many people involved, but that is expected for a firm of this size.
