Many companies pretend to be looking for atypical individuals, but most will discard anyone who really is. Unity is nothing like that, and their hiring process reflects it very well. Be yourself, be passionate and be square, and you'll be welcome!

Cons

Unity has become huge and their hiring process may feel a bit awkward to some, but no matter the outcome, it's worth it.
