      Pros

      Unity offers lots of room for you to work in, so that you can design and follow through on your own initiatives. At Unity everyone gets to contribute and has a voice. The conditions and perks are good, and the company is growing and dynamic.

      Cons

      The global organisation can appear as global disorganisation due to the rapid growth.

      Great Company with a great culture

      Pros

      - Smart coworkers - Good perks / benefits - Industry average salary - Great product line - Good growth opportunities within the company

      Cons

      - Hiring faster that the company can handle - Management is fragmented - Execs are not aligned when it comes to culture. Every office seems to have their own instead of a company wide culture. - Politics is creeping in gradually and its loosing the startup charm it used to have back in 2014/ 2015

      Thank you for your feedback. We are growing at a rapid pace and with that comes some growing pains. However with the fantastic leadership team we have in place across the globe we have tackled, beat them and are continuing on an exciting trajectory.

      - Intelligent people (with great sense of humor) - Lunch and snacks included - Interesting projects - Flexible work hours with capability to work from home 2 days a week

      Cons

      - On boarding is minimal - People you work with may not be local (long distance communication)
