      Pros

      Fantastic people, excellent work-life balance, super interesting work, amazing culture. The first company I've ever worked for that actually genuinely cares about its employees instead of just talking about how much they care.

      Cons

      Departments that don't directly fall under R&D seem to be neglected sometimes, or don't always share the same values and leadership style.

      Amazing people, pace, and benefits

      Pros

      The benefits package is awesome Flexible working Like-minded people working towards the same problem Great ethos and values Everyone is friendly and no one is trying to be better than you The pace of work is great and the amount of independence you are given is incredible

      Cons

      None in particular though Unity has suffered from growing at a large scale which means there is a lack of process in some places. Can be great if you want to get on and do work with no building blocks in the way but can often be annoying when teams work in inconsistent ways.
