Unity is fortunate to be in a time of great growth as we expand our vision and move into new business verticals. With 22 offices worldwide, excellent benefits and the best employees-we are going places! Thanks for your review.

Pros

- Lots of smart people to work with - Great work atmosphere - Always pushing for new technologies

Cons

- Growth problems - Information is not easily accessible - People with 5+ years getting fired without short notice because "it makes sense" to move their positions to China. Those people were not even offered other positions...

Thanks for recognizing we’re a great company. We’re not solving for an IPO but instead just trying to maximize our innovation and mature as a company. That comes with change and change is hard for a lot of people. We’re making the changes we feel we need to in order to continue to democratize game development, solve hard problems for our customers and enable their success. And with any growth companies, over-time you find pockets of duplication (but we don’t just move jobs to China..that is not accurate). Lastly—your comment about ensuring those that come up with ideas needing to be connected to those that build is a great point (minus the visual on burping ideas J) and I will dig into that. I see you are a current employee so feel free to reach out to me directly with more insight on that. --Elizabeth Brown, CPO
