Pros

Unity makes all employees feel welcome, important and safe. The work is not all easy - understandable - but the support you get from peers and leadership makes you appreciate those challenges and more willing to tackle them successfully. Company's communication style is very transparent and its culture true to its values.

Cons

Size of the company can feel overwhelming when you start and need to figure out your place. It's not something that can be changed, but it does impact first impressions.

Pros

Unity is the most diverse company I've worked with, and being a place with both global outreach and stability for its employees its an awesome place to work. I have opportunities to be creative, but I also know what my primary responsibilities are.

Cons

The company is very flat, which leads to a lot of confusion.

- Opportunity every where, if you are passionate about it, own it and build it - Focus on creators with a huge emphasis on innovation in 3D, Simulations, and AI - Flexible work hours, and teams great care about work-life balance

Cons

- Growing pains and lack of solid middle management to help with career development
