You get to work with the brightest minds in the gaming industry

Cons

The company's business is in such a bad shape that we have been through 4 rounds of RIFs in the past year. The more recent one happened in Jan, 2024, with 1,800 people losing their jobs. There's no accountability among the senior management and we suffered from their poor decisions. Pay at Unity is known to be below market average.

- many happy hours - private health care - great people

Cons

- Must work 3 days from the office and very strict about that - only 16 days off - needs to hire highly skilled managers instead of promoting employees with no experience at management at all - 40 nis per day for food
