Many extremely talented colleagues, career path for engineers that isn't switching to manager, good internal mobility

Cons

Different part of the organization have differing work cultures, teams spread across multiple time-zones

Pros

The HR department was extremely communicative and responsive. They would give me accurate dates on when to expect the next step of the hiring process to be complete, and on the rare occasion there was a delay, they would suggest / welcome a reminder. They answered all of my questions, and were very friendly and professional. They were understanding and flexible about my schedule and start date.
