Company that lives by its values Cool technology Diversity is a priority Exceptionally nice co workers Not too big where your impact isn't seen/valued

Cons

Working remotely and especially onboarding remotely has its challenges. The support is there but you have to self serve a bit to understand all the nuances of a big, global organization.
