Pros
* Company has been doing great! So it's definitely something to be proud of.
* Unity treats you well as an employee. So you *want* to give back, which sounds corny and otherwordly, but that's how I feel. This is probably my 7th or 8th company, and this the best situation I've found in terms of how employees are treated.
* Great work-life balance. I'm a family man, so I'm happy I never have to miss dinner with my family. Yes, of course there are times when I have to hop on my laptop when the kids are asleep, but it's rare, so I love the work-life balance here.
* Great benefits. You get $100 for wellness. Use it for gym, massage, apply it towards a bicycle, it's ridiculously flexible. 401k match and this high-deductible health plan where Unity puts in money each month! Also make it super easy to do pre-tax items such as 401k, daycare, transit costs on your paycheck to reduce your taxable amount.
* Nice seminars for your career and fun events. Leadership training with our CEO, public speaking training, wine tastings, sushi making class!
Cons
* As with any company, some teams are stronger than others. Just want to keep leveling up every one to increase effectiveness and efficiency across the board.
