-Great onboarding: I have joined Unity few months ago during the pandemic and they were able to make me feel welcome even if everything was remote. Getting my IT equipment ahead of my start date, having my schedule ready, having onboarding sessions, etc. - Amazing people: Everyone is so nice and willing to help.

Cons

- Haven’t seen any downside yet!
