Food, booze, parties, social events and cool office in downtown.

Cons

- Irresponsible leads who don't want to own their mistakes. - Asymmetry between work expectations and compensation. Work 60+ hour week for 0% increase. - Broken performance review process. Nothing is merit based. It's all politics. - Unity equity is meaningless. Recruiters will tell you otherwise. Don't trust those people. - Recruiters at Unity are so cliquey. They gossip and make fun of candidates.
