Pros

The benefits package is awesome Flexible working Like-minded people working towards the same problem Great ethos and values Everyone is friendly and no one is trying to be better than you The pace of work is great and the amount of independence you are given is incredible

Cons

None in particular though Unity has suffered from growing at a large scale which means there is a lack of process in some places. Can be great if you want to get on and do work with no building blocks in the way but can often be annoying when teams work in inconsistent ways.

Pros

Unity still retains it's spirit, creators first, on the R&D side. It's great working for a market leader and there are lots of good people that want to make a difference.

Cons

The push for IPO is obvious and embarrassing and management choices reflect the single mindedness. The product is trying to be everything to everyone, but it doesn't really know how. Terrible hires in management.

Hard work is not rewarded

Pros

Free snacks and free drinks.

Cons

Hard work is not rewarded. Hierarchy. No room for growth. There is no transparency from managers on key decisions that impact you and the team. HR tend to lie. Some people are blamed by managers for expressing their opinions. Managers prefer people who are submissive, not people who can solve problems. Most people think that soft skills are more important than technical skills. So if you find Unity products have a lot of bugs, you should not be surprised.
