      Great leadership that cares about employees Well Paid Great Benefits Diverse company and culture Excellent handling of the Covid pandemic

      Cons

      It's hard to find any real cons so far. The biggest would be There are many different teams within Unity that started as acquisitions so some culture and experiences may be different at the team level. Because Unity has so many offices the office quality and perks can vary drastically. Some teams are in co-working spaces like WeWork while others are full offices with cafeterias and other in-office perks

      Pros

      - A true leader in terms of tackling the hardest challenges in society today, calling them out, forming an action plan and openly demonstrating success (or issues) when putting it in place. - An exciting environment with creative individuals that are encouraged to flex their creative muscles to better the product and offering in the company. A diverse environment of many individual skills. - A truly open community with free flowing constructive feedback for peers and managers alike. - Working with the most exciting product on the market, the Engine is constantly evolving .

      Cons

      - Not being in the office due to COVID, our office in Montreal is beautiful and full of awesome people! I miss this!

      Great culture, Great products, Great management.

      Cons

      Haven't discovered any major cons yet. Working in professional services, we use products as end users. Products are complex and offerings lack some structure but there is focus on that.
