Cons

Some meetings can be very early if you have to work with teammates in a different time zone.

Surfaces problem areas and actually address them. There's a good amount of genuine people in the company. Leadership is very transparent about their plans for the future.

Cons

Growing pains. The company has grown exponentially and some organizations have not adapted to the amount of work needed to scale their function.
