Pros

People are amazing - super smart, a lot of fun to work with, and respectful of others. The culture is very transparent in information. The Employees as well as leadership clearly care so much about our customers, communities and doing good in the world. Leadership continues to invest in people - offering a lot of learning and development courses.

Cons

There is a lot going on, at a very rapid pace, so it isn't always clear how to approach various situations.

Growth oriented and supportive culture

Pros

Lots of communication from the executive team which genuinely and openly receives feedback from employees. Unity's mature, growth minded culture is supportive of employees' well-being and opportunities to develop leadership skills. Unity is transparent about company policies and actively seeks out participation and input from employees.

Cons

Because Unity is still growing compensation is not at the same level as some other big tech firms but benefits make up a lot for this. Employees are expected to take responsibility for their own career growth—only a Con if you're not comfortable doing this. Open office layout offers few opportunities for deep, focused work.
