      Pros

      * Working at Unity is a lot of fun. * People have a lot of freedom. * Unity is doing well and it is motivating being part of that success. * My colleagues are competent and forthcoming. * People at Unity care about "doing the right thing" both day-to-day but also in a larger perspective as citizens of the world. * The office is so cool and with excellent facilities, as well as good options for food, beverages, and snacks.

      Cons

      * Because of the rapid growth there are some organizational challenges, as one would expect.

      Great culture and values

      Pros

      - Unity cares about its employees - e.g. provided/provides a lot support during covid-19 times - Great culture - its a bit like a start up, but with the benefits of a larger organization - Unity supports its employee in their personal & career development

      Cons

      Unity has offices around the globe, which implies that most employees have to take meetings outside of normal office hours. But there is also a lot of flexibility in terms of working hours.
