1. Each and everyone you meet at Unity exudes the pride and confidence in the company like nowhere else. 2. Everybody was very accommodating and supportive throughout the recruitment process. 3. Very human-centric type leadership. 4. Everyone seems to know what's the vision they subscribe to and what's their contribution to it.

Cons

1. Salary scales could be a little more competitive which is currently average in the industry.

Pros

Clear communication with recruiter. Super friendly team that feels like a real conversation. Team members gave clear feedback and it was apparent they were genuinely interested in learning about my approach to teamwork, professionalism, etc.

Cons

Online interviews were scheduled over five separate days - would have preferred that they were consolidated to 1-2 days.

Full time benefits: paid time off, health insurance, time-off for personal projects, etc. looks to have positive culture.

Cons

Unknown - acquisition only a few months ago. Unclear as to how incorporation will shake out. Ratings will be neutral.
