Management truly cares about the employees and our customers. Unity is a very open company, everyone has a voice

Cons

Sometimes it takes management a while to steer the ship around when it turns out mistakes have been made (but they're getting better at it)

Pros

Handling the Covid situation really well, the culture is great, everyone is friendly and helpful. Management really cares about your career and helping you fulfill your potential. Really good benefits, great work life balance, great time off. No one bothers you during your time off and you're not discouraged from taking it. The work is innovative and exciting, there is always something cool going on here

Cons

I never got to use some of the perks since I started after Covid, no free lunch or snacks anymore
